THE COCOPEAT CONNECTION

Why the root zone matters

Incomplete dissolution can change the feed entering cocopeat and contribute to equipment blockage.

01 / OBSERVE

Three checks before you change anything

  1. Confirm the fertiliser is intended for stock-solution preparation.
  2. Review concentration, water temperature and mixing time against supplier instructions.
  3. Inspect undissolved material and avoid drawing it into the injector.

02 / NARROW IT DOWN

What is happening?

Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.

Granules remain after normal mixing

Consult the supplier on the preparation conditions before using the batch.

Previously clear stock develops crystals

Review storage temperature and stock stability.

Water temperature is suitable

Investigate product mix-up, concentration or incompatible ingredients.

03 / TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Leave with something useful

Document a preparation method that works under the farm’s seasonal conditions.

Keep in mind

Do not use improvised heating equipment or exceed product handling instructions.
