THE COCOPEAT CONNECTION

Why the root zone matters

A coir report is meaningful only when it can be connected to the supplied material and the agreed specification.

01 / OBSERVE

Three checks before you change anything

  1. Check batch number, sample date, report date and laboratory identity.
  2. Match extraction methods, units and moisture basis with the order requirements.
  3. Distinguish measured values from calculated values and specification limits.

02 / NARROW IT DOWN

What is unclear?

Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.

No batch reference

Ask how the report links to the specific goods supplied before accepting it as batch evidence.

Methods are absent

Request the method reference and interpretation basis for the reported measurements.

Values exceed agreed limits

Follow the agreed investigation process and arrange representative confirmation if needed.

03 / TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Leave with something useful

Save the report together with its batch label and purchase specification.

Keep in mind

Do not treat an attractive report layout as proof that sampling or testing was appropriate.
