Why the root zone matters
Coir may be counted by unit, pack, pallet or weight, and each level needs a clear relationship.
01 / OBSERVE
Three checks before you change anything
- Check units per pack, packs per pallet and total pallets where applicable.
- Distinguish net product weight from gross shipment weight.
- Match product codes and batch references to the order and labels.
02 / NARROW IT DOWN
Which total does not reconcile?
Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.
Unit count
Recalculate the packing hierarchy and ask the supplier to explain partial packs.
Weight
Check whether pallets and packaging are included in the reported figure.
Mixed products
Separate each format and grade before calculating shipment totals.
